Cooking up a storm with EVOline
The kitchen rethink – from functional to feel-good hubs.
The kitchen no longer merely plays a functional role. It’s a place where we congregate with family and friends, cook meals together, or work at the table. Much of our social life takes place here. Versatile EVOline products from Schulte - Elektrotechnik give any kitchen practical and reliable connections and blend in with any setting.
The solution for safe cable management
The horizontal and vertical cable management system for all movable and extendable furniture parts.
EVOline Wing is the solution for in-drawer-fitted sockets and charging systems.
Wing guides cables behind the drawer to save space without bending or jamming them, ensuring that drawers open and close easily. Added to kitchens or workrooms, wooden or metal rear panels, the fitted solution can be mounted as required so that connections are easily accessible and securely concealed in the storage space. Suitable for all types of cables such as HDMI, LAN, all the way to wire ones that prevent drawers from being opened out all the way.
Patent pending.
The kitchen as a multipurpose hub
Whether kitchens come in country-cottage styles, or cool, sleek designs, they should be to our taste and have that feel-good factor. As many of us are working from home, we’re spending more time cooking, so this space needs to be both functional and appealing. Contemporary kitchens are real multitaskers and increasingly merging with living space. What’s more, a separate room isn’t always available, so a kitchen table has to double as a desk. As a result, we need smart power modules that are also ideal for kitchens.
Trend no. 1 – The kitchen’s a multipurpose hub and whether a hand-held mixer or charger is required, the EVOline Circle80 (on the left) and the EVOline Square80 puts all the connections on the worktop or table within easy reach. The kitchen’s a multipurpose hub and this extra flat EVOline Plug fits behind any kitchen or living room cupboard.
On-trend dark colours with hints of pastel
At the moment, the most popular colour trends involve two stark contrasts. In vogue are, above all, dark furniture fronts and black or coal-coloured worktops that look sophisticated and timeless. On the other hand, pastel shades add light and Scandinavian flair to the kitchen.
Trend no. 2 – Dark shades plus touches of pastel, with black looking bold, modern and impressive without being overpowering. The same goes for EVOline power modules – whether concealed underneath a shelf (EVOline Dock Cuisine, on the left), or fitted to the worktop EVOline R-Dock, on the right), they power up practical gadgets to make cooking fun.
Slick metallic components give the kitchen an even more stylish appearance. Gold- and copper-coloured fittings or handles are particularly popular at the moment.
Trend no. 3 – Eye-catching metal elements – the EVOline BackFlip with a golden, brass finish is a power module for the kitchen that’s both safe and classy. A gentle tap quickly reveals two sockets and a USB charger.
Natural materials for the kitchen are currently much in demand. Both natural stone, such as granite and marble, as well as plain wooden fronts made of oak or walnut are on trend.
Trend no. 4 – Wood and natural stone – with its silvery, stainless steel surface, the EVOline One matches the coal-coloured design of the kitchen to perfection.
On display if required
Understated design and subtle colours lend the kitchen a pleasantly calm appearance. Appliances and electrical connections are either fitted in a particular place, or concealed behind closed fronts. Mitre joints are used in the materials and, in some cases, no handles are added at all. As a result, the interior has a clean, uncluttered look.
Trend no. 5 – On display if required, the EVOline Port Cuisine (on the left) and the EVOline Port Push (on the right) ensure the power and data modules are concealed underneath the furniture’s surface, but always within easy reach.
In terms of space, contemporary kitchens also benefit from sophisticated solutions. The dead space between two walls turns into a functional corner, spaces in cupboards are cleverly used for retractable power connections and even drawers can serve several purposes. Therefore, small kitchens in particular look much tidier and more inviting.
Trend no. 5 – On display if required – the EVOline V-Port (on the left) and the EVOline V-Dock (on the right) are fitted to the corner of a cupboard or between two walls. They make dead space in the kitchen useful again. And the slightly bevelled front means they are practical to use.
In addition to meeting superior technological requirements, a contemporary kitchen must, above all, look an attractive and inviting place to be. Our EVOline products marry stylish, functional design with reliable technology. Their modular design means virtually unlimited options that are guaranteed to suit your requirements.
