German Design Award

Safety, quality and a strong aesthetic are what make Schulte Elektrotechnik’s modular power and data connection system solutions stand out. The company recently received the German Design Award for the quality of its design.

In the excellent product design computer and communication category, the judges were impressed by the DisQ add-on module for the company’s One solution. The DisQ allows easy charging of inductive smartphones, headphones or speakers. The module’s magnetic, so keeps devices in position for charging and ensures that they stay so throughout the process. The One DisQ blends in subtly with any design concept. And during the charging process, all other connections are still available for other purposes.

“Wireless charging is a flexible and stylish way of powering up smartphones simultaneously without blocking existing connections. Its ability to integrate seamlessly with existing systems makes the One DisQ stand out for itsuser friendliness and added functional value.

Schulte Elektrotechnik has already won the German Design Award several times and other Design prizes.
